LTC Tilisha C. Lockley

Lieutenant Colonel Lockley was born and raised in Washington County, North Carolina. She was commissioned through North Carolina Agricultural & Technical State University’s Reserve Officer Training Corps program on May 14, 2002, after graduating with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management. She also holds a Master of Aeronautical Science and Space Studies degree from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University and a Master of Science Degree in Military Art and Science from the Air Command and Staff College.

LTC Lockley’s most recent assignment was as an Action Officer in the Joint Staff J6 Cyberspace Division, Capabilities and Assessment Branch. Her previous assignments include: Node Center Platoon Leader and Company Executive Officer, Bravo Company, 327th Signal Battalion (ABN), 35th Signal Brigade (ABN), Fort Bragg, North Carolina; S6, XVIII Airborne Corps Headquarters Brigade (ABN), Fort Bragg, North Carolina; Telecommunications & Transmission Systems Engineer, ACoS G6, XVIII Airborne Corps, Fort Bragg, North Carolina; Company Commander, Bravo Company, 53rdSignal Battalion (SATCON), 1stSpace Brigade, U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command (SMDC), Fort Meade, Maryland; Battalion Executive and Operations Officer, 72nd Expeditionary Signal Battalion (ESB), 7th Theater Tactical Signal Brigade (TTSB), Schweinfurt, Germany, Chief, Joint Policy Branch, Army Human Resources Command, Fort Knox, Kentucky.
